Do You need to exclude from eating any food during pregnancy?

The main concern during pregnancy caused not so much the food itself, how many infections that we can catch eating them.
Raw vegetables, fresh juices, liver steak with blood, poultry and raw eggs – foods that should be avoided because they may contain salmonella and E. coli. Sufficient heat handling, washing vegetables, fruits and hands  protect you from this trouble. Beware of food poisoning, do not eat in public places, if you are not sure of the quality of cooked food. Mad cow disease, avian and swine influenza haunt around the globe, but for Latvia’s much-to-date hepatitis A, which would protect vaccine, made before pregnancy. The liver of animals may contain too much vitamin A, which is harmful to the future child, but in small amounts is quite safe.
