On 11th June, 2009 AVA Clinic is the first clinic in Latvia and in all Baltic states has received an international certificate of ISO9001: 2008. It confirms that the provided services in AVA Clinic correspond to the highest European quality standards.
The preparatory phase of the certification began in March, 2008. Until the European audit the huge work was carried out, to improve the quality control system in the clinic, services, and big investments in new technologies were made, as well as training of professionals who regularly need to raise the professional level.
The audit of quality control system in the AVA Clinic was carried out by the Commission of Europe composed of an international auditor Herfried Kohl and representative person of Germany in EACC – embryologist Vera Baukloh.
